Matt Hasan, Ph.D., MBA

Founder & CEO

Dr. Matt Hasan has deep expertise and extensive experience in developing and delivering innovative, high performance solutions leveraging deep expertise in artificial intelligence, advanced data analytics, strategy and transformation frameworks to provide exceptional value in the Marketing, CLO, and Risk areas.
Matt is a recognized expert, thought leader and published author. He is a pioneer in applying sophisticated analytics to address business issues and has been a proponent of AI before it became a recognized force. He developed SCWM (Strategic Customer Worth Management), a breakthrough framework that is founded on his unique “inherent loyalty” concept. 

Powered by AI, SCWM has yielded proven, high value solutions such as CARE-O (Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Expansion Optimizer) and TruLoyalty. His industry experience spans Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, CPG, Healthcare, T&E, and Telecommunications.

Matt’s career has included leadership roles at global management consulting firms Capgemini, IBM Global Business Services, Deloitte Consulting, and A.T. Kearney and executive positions at AT&T and Citigroup. He has worked with enterprises ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100. He is adept in the global business environment with clients in North America (USA, Canada), Europe (UK, Germany, Norway), Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan,
South Korea, Japan, India) and Australia. Matt holds a Ph.D., in Quantitative Economics and Econometrics from Brown University and an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kassim Chaudry, MBA

IT and Operations Executive

Kassim Chaudry is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience spearheading cloud migrations, data transformations, and disaster recovery for global brands like NFLShop.com, BrooksBrothers.com, and AmericanEagle.com. Kassim has excelled at tailoring innovative e-commerce solutions. He is a collaborator who takes pride in forging strong relationships with partners by simplifying complex technical concepts and executing solutions. Kassim adeptly navigates challenges to deliver results and is leading clients into a dynamic and sustainable future leveraging AI/ML. In his career, Kassim has been a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting and held management positions at Dell/EMC, BrandWizard Technologies, and Interworld. He holds an MBA in Finance and Management of Technology from University of California Berkeley and a BA in Computer Science and Chemistry from Rutgers University.

Murat Ergen, MS

AI/Data Science Executive

Murat Ergen is a true AI enthusiast and influencer. He has extensive experience in AI/ML, data management and predictive analytics. He has been engaged in running an AI Heuristic Fund. Murat has shared developed algorithms to impact other domains and sectors.

He has worked with clients including Wells Fargo to set up Al/ML product office where he led LLM and Knowledge Graph workstreams into the production path. He previously worked with an Artificial Intelligent Hedge Fund based in Vienna and Monaco to manage 2.5-Billion-dollar AUM with no overnight drawdown risk by using social media data. Murat has substantial international experience particularly in Europe and Turkey. He holds an MS in Software Systems & MIS.from the University of St. Thomas.

Andrea Lorberbaum, BS

Senior Advisory Consultant

Andrea is an accomplished data analytics professional and thought leader with extensive domestic and international experience spanning consumer banking, credit unions, retailers and utility companies. She has a strong consulting acumen with the ability to understand and solve complex business issues with innovative analytic solutions and communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner.

She is a results-driven leader with business analysis, cross-functional collaboration, process/project management and team-building skills. Her functional experience encompasses business analytics, risk management, fraud, credit bureau data, model development, finance and business strategy
formulation.

Andrea’s career has included leadership positions at Citigroup and Innovis. She holds a B.S. in marketing from Rutgers University and graduate training at the Rutgers Business School.

Jeff Baker, MBA

Senior Advisory Consultant

Jeff Baker is an accomplished consulting leader with extensive experience in customer lifecycle marketing in the financial services, retail, telecommunications, and health care industries.

He has experience as a product owner/product manager in operations delivery, leading an operations desktop platform migration requiring significant cross-functional collaboration to create a product roadmap and backlog, and implementing technology enhancements using the Agile methodology.

Jeff’s core competencies include product development, operations, technology, analytics, and risk and controls. He excels at leading projects and teams, gathering requirements, improving processes, developing ideas and strategies, analyzing data, evaluating risks and controls, and implementing technology. His career includes leadership roles at Citigroup and as a management consultant at Cap
Gemini Ernst & Young.

Jeff holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. He is a certified Scaled Agile (SAFe 6) Product Owner/Product Manager and holds an accreditation from the Databricks Academy.

Radek Zapert, Ph.D.

Senior Advisory Consultant

Dr. Radek Zapert is an AI and data science expert with extensive experience in establishing and managing analytics functions in enterprises of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 100 and working with senior leadership to provide high performance solutions.. His expertise spans subscription/membership analytics, transforming customer retention and risk analytics practices, driving data science-driven insights into business decisions, big data management, and
customer lifecycle optimization. Radek’s industry experience spans Telecom/Media, Hi-Tech, Financial Services, Retail, and Pharma. His work has been featured in prominent business journals such as Business Week, Forbes, and The WSJ. He is adept at delivering solutions utilizing a multi-shoring model. His career has included senior roles at Bearing Point, PwC, HP, Frontier Communications and WWE. Radek holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland and an M.S.in applied mathematics from WroclawUniversity of Science & Technology.

Greg Anicich, MA

Advisory Panel Member

Greg Anicich has 40 years of experience working in industry and management consulting. Most of Greg’s experience involved helping companies implement improved business processes and the supporting technologies. Greg has led projects in High Tech, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Defense, and Public Sector industries.
At Deloitte Consulting, the last eight of 27 years Greg led the Deloitte Alliance with SAP in North America and Asia Pacific – Deloitte’s largest alliance, worth billions of dollars annually. After retiring from Deloitte in 2019, Greg founded Alliance and Ecosystem Consulting LLC to address the needs of businesses as they grapple with the increased emphasis on alliances and ecosystems.
Greg holds a MA in public administration from University of Southern California.

Tony Brock, BBA

Tony Brock has had an impressive career in business development and sales with increasing responsibility over two decades. In this time frame he has leveraged and honed his strategic solutions selling, communications, and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional results. His passion for ensuring the achivement of strategic outcomes for clients that create long term value has made him a trusted partner. 

His professional career spans positions at Cerner Corporation, an unit of Oracle Health, where he is currently the lead client executive for hospitals and health systems, AVP of Business Development at Mphasis, VP of New Business Development for Insurance & Healthcare at EXL Service, and Senior Sales Executive at Experian. He has a track record of success in the financial services, insurance and healthcare sectors. 

Tony holds a BBA in marketing & finance from the University of Cincinnati and has completed training programs in Strategic Solution Selling, Face To Face Selling Skills, Influence & Collaborating for Results, SPIN Selling Effective Communicating (Decker Communications), and Consultative Selling (ARCON).
